Garrett Lytton, born November 4th, 2003, was last seen in Dresden, Ohio, before being lost in the Digital Circus for years. Not much is known about his life prior, or even in the circus, before he was abstracted some time before Pomni arrived. However, this was not permanent, and he quickly escaped back into the “real world”.

This “real world” was not his normal world, however. This world was taken over by zombies years ago. After almost being bitten by a crawler, Garrett grabbed the nearest object and smashed its head in. This made the Roman numerals 23 appear before him as he heard a distant, complaining voice. As he reached closer to where the sound originated, he heard gunfire and dropped to the floor. After looking back up, he saw the bloody face of "Tank" Dempsey being accompanied by Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki, and Edward Richtofen. They explained they had returned here, to Der Riese, to teleport to the moon and confront Samantha. Unfortunately, the Wunderwaffe DG-2 overloaded the teleporter and sent them through time, which caused them all to teleport through time and space, ending up separated.
